Terms & Conditions – Edge Mastery Hub

Effective Date: February 15, 2026

 

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website edgemasteryhub.com (“Website”), participation in programs, coaching sessions, Edge Circles, events (including Edge Beyond Borders – The Grand Banquet), and any related services provided by Edge Mastery Hub, operated by Maria Alves, founder of IBS International Business School.

By accessing the Website, booking a session, or participating in any program, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services
We provide executive coaching, group coaching (Edge Circles), immersive events, workshops, and related digital resources (collectively “Services”). Services may be delivered in-person (Geneva or client premises), online (Zoom/Teams), or hybrid. All Services are subject to availability and may be customized for individuals or corporate clients.

2. Booking & Registration

  • All bookings are made through the Website, Calendly, email, or direct agreement.

  • You must provide accurate information during booking (name, email, company details if applicable).

  • Booking constitutes acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking at our sole discretion (e.g., capacity limits, inappropriate conduct).

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Prices are listed on the Website or in individual proposals (launch prices 2026 apply unless otherwise stated).

  • Payments are processed securely via Stripe or bank transfer. Full payment is required before access to Services (or as agreed in corporate contracts).

  • All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and exclude VAT unless stated.

  • Corporate/in-company programs are quoted separately and may include flat fees.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Individual participants:

    • Cancellations more than 14 days before the event/session: full refund minus CHF 50 admin fee, with exceptions in specific events.

    • Cancellations 7–14 days before: 100% refund. Usually cancellation tickets before 48 h of an event we refund 50%.

    • Cancellations less than 7 days or no-show: no refund.

  • Corporate packages: Subject to contract terms (typically 30 days notice for full refund, less for shorter notice).

  • Full package (3 acts): If unsatisfied after Act I, 100% refund of remaining amount upon written request within 7 days after Act I for e.g..

  • Refunds processed within 14 days via original payment method.

5. Intellectual Property
All materials provided (slides, templates, frameworks, AI Companion access, recordings) are owned by Edge Mastery Hub and protected by copyright. You may use them solely for personal/team development during the program. No reproduction, distribution, or commercial use without written permission.

6. Confidentiality
We treat all information shared in sessions as confidential. We will not disclose your personal or business information except as required by law or with your explicit consent. You agree to keep confidential any proprietary methods, frameworks, or materials shared during Services.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

  • Services are provided for informational and developmental purposes only. We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., career advancement, financial gain).

  • We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising from use of Services.

  • Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific Service.

  • You participate at your own risk; we recommend consulting professionals for medical, legal, or financial decisions.

8. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or non-performance due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics, government restrictions, technical failures). In such cases, we will reschedule or offer credit/refund at our discretion.

9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your participation if you breach these Terms, engage in disruptive behavior, or fail to pay fees. No refund will be issued in such cases.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lausanne, Switzerland.

11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms. Changes will be posted here with the new effective date. Continued use of Services after changes constitutes acceptance.
