Maria is the founder of IBS International Business School with over 25 years of experience and a lecturer at Kalaidos University of Applied Sciences-CH, where for more than four years she has been training and mentoring leaders in Swiss banking, federal services, and even cantonal police collaborators in intercultural, pedagogical, and executive leadership skills.

With extensive hands-on experience in highly multicultural settings across Europe and Africa, Maria has created a unique approach that blends academic rigor with immediate, practical application in organizations.

Her work centers on turning diversity into a competitive advantage, enabling teams and executives to communicate more effectively, align faster, and innovate sustainably.
